About Rise
Built for the people who build culture.
Rise Agency Group is a full-service creative and marketing agency with our own creator and talent roster. Representation is one of our services — alongside campaigns, activations, and content built for brands. Black- and Brown-owned and founded by Daniela Santana, we're based in LA & Houston and work globally.
Founder
Daniela Santana
Daniela is a first-generation Latina founder with deep roots in the creator economy and live streaming. She started Rise to push back on traditional agency gatekeeping, putting creators, founders, and brands at the same table. [Expand with Daniela's full story.]
Our Mission
To help talent turn influence into income and ownership, and help brands win with the culture, not around it.
Values
What we stand on.
Open doors
No gatekeeping. Creators, founders, and brands in the same room.
Culture first
We lead with the communities our talent comes from.
Ownership
We build careers and equity, not just paychecks.
